ICL Signs Contracts to Supply 750,000 Tonnes of Potash to its Customers in India
Selling price is $13 per tonne above ICL's 2016 contracts with its Indian customers
TEL AVIV, Israel, August 11, 2017 /PRNewswire/ --
ICL (NYSE: ICL) (TASE: ICL), a leading global specialty minerals and specialty chemicals company, announced that it has signed several contracts to supply an aggregate 750,000 metric tonnes of potash, including options, to its customers in India. The contracts are for delivery between August 2017 and July 2018.
The quantities stipulated in this year's contracts are similar to the amounts sold by ICL to its Indian customers in 2016. Selling prices are $13 per tonne higher than the price stipulated in the previous year's contracts.
