iCIMS Supports Local University Graduates

Monmouth University (MU) has formed a strong referral relationship with the talent acquisition provider through participation in the annual Spring Career Fair held on the West Long Branch campus. With twenty-two MU alumni currently based at iCIMS' corporate headquarters in Matawan, NJ, the relationship has proven to be equally valuable for both establishments. Each year iCIMS receives an increasing amount of well qualified applications from the University's students which has played a large role in growing the in-house headcount to nearly 200 employees. The Fall 2012 edition of the quarterly magazine will feature the iCIMS story and is anticipated to be distributed to all active and alumni Monmouth University students in November.
