For the fourth quarter of 2014, revenue increased 36% compared with the same period in 2013, and revenue for the full year of 2014 increased more than 35% compared with revenue for 2013. As a result, iCIMS is now the second-largest provider of talent acquisition software in the United States for U.S. companies with 100 or more employees.
