ICBS Ltd., enters into talks to acquire 100% ownership of BioSpec Global Solutions Inc.

NEW YORK and MONTREAL, May 25 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - ICBS Ltd. (OTCPK: ICBT), announced today that ICBS has entered into talks with BioSpec Global Solutions Inc., to acquire 100% ownership of the company. Currently ICBS holds a 25% interest.

"BioSpec Global Solutions Inc., is currently in the process of brining their new TOG's 3000 to the world markets and is in current talks with a Chinese distributor.
