ARMONK, N.Y., Oct. 29 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- IBM (NYSE: IBM) today announced it has closed the acquisition of BLADE Network Technologies (BLADE), a privately held company based in Santa Clara, CA. Financial details were not disclosed. The companies announced on September 27, 2010 a definitive agreement to pursue the acquisition.
