IBERIABANK Names Texas Regional President and Houston Market President
LAFAYETTE, La., March 3, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- IBERIABANK (www.iberiabank.com), the 126-year-old subsidiary of IBERIABANK Corporation (NASDAQ: IBKC), is pleased to announce Kevin P. Rafferty, who has served as the Market President of South Texas since 2009, has been named Regional President of Texas to oversee the Bank's Texas markets and the energy lending division. Carmen A. Jordan will assume the role of Houston Market President.

Kevin, Executive Vice President, served as South Texas Market President since May 2009 when IBERIABANK entered the Houston market. The Bank has significantly grown its client base, resources and business portfolio in Houston and just recently announced the acquisition of First Private Bank in Dallas, which is expected to close this summer. His previous experience includes leadership and management positions with First American Bank, Washington, DC and Whitney National Bank from 1979 – 2009 in New Orleans, LA and Houston, TX. Kevin is a graduate of Tulane with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and has a Master of Business Administration in Finance.
Active in the community, Kevin currently serves on the board of numerous charitable and civic organizations, including Rebuilding Houston-Together, American Heart Association and The Woods Project. He also served as Chairman of New Orleans Lighthouse for the Blind, Chairman New Orleans Children's Museum and was a member of the Tulane Association of Business Alumni.
Carmen Jordan, currently Executive Vice President & Regional Group Manager for IBERIABANK's Commercial Banking Group – including C&I, Energy Services, Real Estate and Private Banking Divisions, has been promoted to Houston Market President, reporting to Rafferty. Carmen brings over 23 years of commercial lending experience, most recently as the Chief Lending Officer of Encore Bank. Prior to joining Encore in 2009, she managed the Corporate Energy Services lending division of Amegy Bank.
Carmen serves as Vice Chairperson of Lamar University's College of Business. She recently joined the Houston Holocaust Museum Foundation Board, has been a member of the Executive Women's Partnership in Houston since 2011, a Guild member of Dress For Success and is actively involved with St. Laurence Catholic Church's capital campaign. She was a former board member with Big Brothers Big Sisters and has coached recreational soccer with the Eclipse program in Sugar Land. She is a graduate of Lamar University in Beaumont, TX with a BBA in Finance.
