IBERIABANK Adds General Counsel to Legal Team

LAFAYETTE, La., April 11, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- IBERIABANK Corporation (NASDAQ: IBKC) ("IBERIABANK"), holding company of the 124-year-old IBERIABANK (www.iberiabank.com), is pleased to announce the naming of Robert B. Worley, Jr. as Executive Vice President and General Counsel.

Worley is currently a partner with Jones Walker law firm, headquartered in New Orleans, Louisiana. He serves on the firm's board of directors and is a partner in the firm's Labor & Employment Practice Group.

Worley graduated with honors from University of Kentucky with a B.B.A. and earned a J.D. from Tulane University Law School in 1985.

His distinguished law career has earned Worley significant recognition locally and nationally, including a listing in The Best Lawyers in America® 2011 in the area of Labor and Employment Law (listed annually since 2005); recognition in "Chambers USA – America's Leading Lawyers for Business" in the area of Labor & Employment (annually since 2007); and listings in Who's Who in American Law; Who's Who in America; and the 2011 edition of Louisiana Super Lawyers in the area of Employment Litigation: Defense, in the area of Employment & Labor (listed annually since 2007).
