IAP announces Terry DeRosa as CEO, Rob Hargis as COO

DeRosa served as IAP's Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for the past three years, successfully stabilizing and growing IAP on the heels of a 2014 restructuring.  "It is an honor to lead this exceptional organization of dedicated professionals, who for more than 65 years, have provided innovative solutions to our Nation and its Allies," said DeRosa.  

DeRosa previously served as Executive Vice President & CFO for Kestrel – Boeing Defense, Space & Security, and President of DRS Electronics Systems Group. 

Hargis, formerly Vice President of IAP's National Security & Technology business unit, will now oversee operations for all business units at IAP.  "I am pleased to lead the IAP professionals providing solutions that solve our customers' toughest challenges in Information Technology, Communications, Aviation, Engineering Solutions, Critical Infrastructure, and Logistics.  Unwavering focus and unparalleled responsiveness are the pillars that IAP's customers rely on daily and that we deliver with ingenuity and purpose."

Previously, Hargis was Vice President, Operations for Kestrel – Boeing Defense, Space & Security after serving throughout the Defense and Intelligence Communities.
