DALLAS, Feb. 21, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Hyphen Solutions, the leading cloud-based construction management software, has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire HomeFront Software, a leading ERP platform focused on residential builders, along with Zybertech Construction Software Services, Canada's largest distributor of Sage 100 and Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate Software. The parties expect the transaction to close this month.
Zybertech works directly with Sage 100/300 CRE, Sage Construction Project Center, Sage Estimating, Command Center, Sage Service Operations, and Workticket. HomeFront Software delivers home builder specific CRM and Sales Management, Estimating and Purchasing, Production and Scheduling as well as Service and Warranty. HomeFront's open platform integrates directly with six accounting systems so that builders can pick their system of choice and still use HomeFront's builder centric platform.
"We will immediately integrate these solutions into our BuildPro and SupplyPro Platforms so Hyphen can continue its mission of unifying the supply chain and lowering costs for all participants," says Dr. Felix Vasquez, CEO, Hyphen Solutions. "This strategy allows suppliers to use Hyphen's single cloud-based solution instead of multiple technologies and support oppressive integrations to work directly with any builder. We expect that many of Daryl's workflows and ideas will permeate our platform as our technology merges with his. Thus, we are thrilled to continue to expand our relationship with both Daryl's team and Sage which also creates advantages for the entire residential construction industry."
For over 20 years, Zybertech has developed and supported solutions that work directly with Sage reaching an extensive customer base of home builders and suppliers throughout North America and Australia. Hyphen's acquisition of Zybertech and HomeFront follow the recent additions of Pharaoh/IBSWin and BRIX ERP to the platform. This demonstrates Hyphen's ongoing commitment to providing production home builders a variety of choices for their ERP systems.
"I'm very excited for my team to become a part of Hyphen Solutions. Our assessments and views on how software corporations should actively support customers to achieve success with technology and investing in the platform are completely aligned. Hyphen will help spur the development and expand our reach with enhanced marketing efforts as we continue to drive innovation into the supply chain," says Daryl Shenner, CEO, Zybertech Construction Software.
