Hyperdynamics to Hold Annual Stockholders Meeting On February 27, 2017

HOUSTON, Feb. 7, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Hyperdynamics Corporation (OTCQX: HDYN) announced today that it will hold its Annual Meeting of Stockholders on Monday, February 27, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. Central Time. A continental breakfast will be served starting at 9:00 a.m. Central Time. The meeting will be held in Houston at the Omni Houston Hotel Westside, 13210 Katy Freeway.

Following the business portion of the stockholders meeting, Mr. Ray Leonard, President and Chief Executive Officer, will provide an operational update.
