Hyperdynamics to Hold Annual Stockholders Meeting June 25

HOUSTON, June 12, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Hyperdynamics Corporation (NYSE: HDY) will hold its Annual Meeting of Stockholders on Tuesday, June 25, at 9:00 a.m. Central Time.  The meeting will be held in Houston at the Westin Galleria Hotel, 5060 West Alabama, in the Plaza Ballroom on the third level.

Investors may now submit questions to be answered during the meeting through the Company's website, www.hyperdynamics.com, in the Investor Relations website under Events and Presentations.

The Annual Meeting will be webcast live beginning at 9:00 a.m. CT (10 a.m. ET) and will be available for later replay in the Investor Relations section of Hyperdynamics' website at www.hyperdynamics.com.
