Hyperdynamics Announces Resignation of Michael W. Palmer

HOUSTON, April 30, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Hyperdynamics Corporation (NYSE: HDY) announced today the resignation of Michael W. Palmer, Senior Vice President of Operations.  Mr. Palmer will remain with the Company through May 31, 2013.
