SOLANA BEACH, Calif., Aug. 11, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- HYLETE, Inc. today announced that it has publicly filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission relating to a proposed initial public offering of its Class A common stock. The price range is expected to be between $8.00 and $10.00 per share. HYLETE intends to list its Class A common stock on The NYSE American under the ticker symbol "HYLT."
Maxim Group LLC will act as sole book-running manager and Westpark Capital, Inc. will act as co-manager for the proposed offering.
