Hyde Engineering + Consulting Announces Organizational Changes

BOULDER, Colo., July 3, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Hyde Engineering + Consulting, Inc. (Hyde) today announced changes to its business development and sales organization to assist the company in aligning its global capabilities with its overall growth strategy for 2013. Hyde will continue to expand its services and staff, providing local expertise to long-time clients both within the US and overseas.

The organizational changes include the promotion of Mr. Will Czerniak to Senior Vice President, Global Strategy and Business Development. Mr. Czerniak will be responsible for growing strategic relationships and developing new business opportunities by expanding Hyde's presence in the US, Europe, Asia, and other targeted global markets. Key to this position will be reshaping the internal sales and marketing strategy to meet the continually evolving challenges and opportunities in today's pharmaceutical industry. To facilitate Mr. Czerniak's move to this new position, Mr. Frank O'Connor is being promoted to General Manager, Hyde Engineering and Consulting Europe, Ltd., and will assume most of Mr. Czerniak's current administrative functions.

Mr. Hardip Dosange will report to Mr. Czerniak and will assume the role of Vice President, Client Management. In this role, Mr. Dosange will be responsible for driving the company's regional sales initiatives. Key to this role is revenue growth, combined with the management and ongoing maintenance of Hyde's current relationships and future clients.
