Hybrid Fuels, Inc. Receives Shareholder Approval to Change Name to Nouveau Life Pharmaceuticals, Inc.

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., Dec. 8, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Hybrid Fuels, Inc., (Pink Sheets: HRID) announced today that they received shareholder approval to change the name of the Company from Hybrid Fuels, Inc. to Nouveau Life Pharmaceuticals, Inc.

The Company recently announced its new business strategy that will focus on providing natural or nutraceutical solutions to medical conditions that would normally be treated or addressed with traditional pharmaceutical drugs.  The company's niche in the market place will be to provide nutraceutical alternatives and solutions to patients ranging from impotence, acne, cholesterol and many other common conditions.
