HVHC Inc. Announces Senior Management Staffing Changes
Holden steps down as Davis Vision president; Cox and Grobelny promoted to new positions in Human Resources
SAN ANTONIO, March 6, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- As HVHC Inc.'s business model continues to evolve, the company announced today staffing changes that will affect the entire company –Davis Vision, Visionworks of America (formerly Eye Care Centers of America) and Viva International Group.
Steve Holden, Davis Vision's president since August 2008, has left his position, and a national search has been launched to identify his successor.
Bob Cox, formerly the vice president of human resources with Visionworks of America, will assume new responsibilities as senior vice president for HVHC human resources shared services. Cox has been with Visionworks since April 2002. Cheryl Grobelny, a 14-year veteran with New Jersey-based Viva International Group will be the new vice president of HVHC talent management, a newly-created position. She previously served as Viva's vice president of human resources and administration, and will report to Mr. Cox.

During the next 18 months, the company will be consolidating its 15 national retail brands under a single name, Visionworks. Accordingly, Davis Vision managed care business also is expanding in new marketplaces nationwide.
