Huntzinger Management Group, Inc. (HMG), Expands Its Board Of Directors With Two Healthcare Executives
DETROIT, Dec. 5, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- The Huntzinger Management Group, Inc. (HMG), a leader in healthcare advisory and managed services consulting, announced today the addition of William (Bill) C. Reed, FCHIME, FHIMSS, and Richard Sorensen, to the HMG Board of Directors.

Earlier this year Reed joined the company as Vice President after roles with Blue Cross of Northeastern Pennsylvania, where he served as President and CEO of AllOne Health; and Chief Information Officer at Geisinger Health System and Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. Reed will continue in his role as Vice President in his current capacity, in addition to working with the other members of the HMG Board.
Richard Sorensen currently serves as Chief Operating Officer and Treasurer of Michigan based U.S. Health Holdings, Ltd. Prior to joining U.S. Health Holdings, Mr. Sorensen was the Chief Financial Officer of Superior Consultant Company, as well as an audit partner at Plante & Moran, LLC. Mr. Sorensen was also a financial advisor with UBS Financial Services, Inc. and served on the Board of Somanetics Corporation.
