Sterling is a fast growing full-service drugs-of-abuse laboratory serving private sector and government customers primarily in the Pacific Northwest. Waud is a middle market private equity firm with holdings leading medical services companies. WCP has substantial expertise and a track record of proven success in this sector.
Mr. Primo has significant experience with consumer product companies, wireless telecom and laboratories.
