IRVINE, Calif. and PORTO ALEGRE, Rio Grande Do Sul, Brazil, Jan. 11, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Hunter Wise Financial Group, LLC, which recently was honored for " Deal of the Year" in three categories at the 10th Annual M&A Advisor Awards for its work with a client in Africa, is pleased to announce it has created an Affiliation to pursue U.S./Brazilian Investment Banking opportunities with Trust and Company Investimentos, LTDa (Trust and Co.), headquartered in Porto Alegre, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil.

The Affiliation describes an agreement between the U.S. and Brazilian Investment Banks, to include Buy Side and Sell Side M&A, Corporate Financings and Strategic Planning on behalf of mutual clients.  Hunter Wise Managing Director Christopher Gayde will represent the Irvine, California based Hunter Wise in developing business transactions while Marcos Maissonave will represent Trust and Co.
