Hunter Wise Financial Group, LLC Compliance Officer Teresa Hinojos Honored for being One of the Best "Under 40" Employees in the M&A Industry

IRVINE, Calif., June 5, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Hunter Wise Financial Group, LLC, which recently was honored for "Deal of the Year" in three categories at The M&A Advisor Awards for its work with a client in Africa, is pleased to announce that Teresa Hinojos, the firm's Chief Compliance Officer, will be honored by The M&A Advisor in July in Los Angeles at its "40 Under 40" Recognition Awards.

The Awards celebrate 40 leading M&A (mergers and acquisitions) financing and turnaround professionals who have made great accomplishments before their fortieth year.

Ms. Hinojos is responsible for reviewing, amending and approving all Hunter Wise engagement agreements, M&A contracts and all corporate finance and legal documents for the worldwide investment banking firm.  She has implemented a due diligence process and procedure for the entire organizations and ensures that the Company's transactions comply with FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) regulations.  She ensures that all 40 senior-level registered representatives are in compliance with FINRA rules and works with FINRA on its audits of Hunter Wise brokerage operations.
