Hunter Roberts Construction Group Is Hired By Inspira Health Network To Head Overbuild Project
NEW YORK, March 15, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Hunter Roberts Construction Group (Hunter Roberts) is pleased to announce the firm will undertake a two-story overbuild project for Inspira Health Network, a charitable healthcare non-profit serving communities in south New Jersey. The expected completion date of this project is 2018.
Hunter Roberts Overbuild Location
Hunter Roberts has been awarded the pre-construction and construction management services for the 62,568-SF overbuild project. Construction is taking place at Inspira Health Network's Regional Medical Center in Vineland, New Jersey- one of the Inspira Health Network's 100-plus locations. This network also includes three hospitals, a comprehensive cancer center, and several multi-specialty health centers, as well as other facilities.
New and Improved Center for Patients
The newly constructed second floor will be fitted with 36 patient rooms and support areas, and the third floor will be built as a shell space for future fit-outs. Hunter Roberts is working with Array Architects, who are self-described healthcare architects focused on creating better environments for patients, staff, and families. A 2,000-SF addition to the Central Utility Plant to house a new 1,500 KW generator and 1,000-ton chiller are among the infrastructural upgrades to be completed by Hunter Roberts. The Medical Center's parking lot will also be expanded, creating more spaces for patients and visitors. Through this overbuild and infrastructural upgrades project, the Inspira Health Network will be able to expand their mission – "To provide high quality health services that improve the lives of all we serve" – to include an even greater number of New Jersey residents.
