TAMPA, Fla., Sept. 21, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- ReliaQuest, a leading national provider of IT security solutions, announced today the addition of Jonathan Forman as Vice President of Team ReliaQuest. Jonathan has more than 20 years of experience in human resources and employment law. His focus on the holistic development of people will help ReliaQuest maintain the strong culture that enables the company to push the limits of security technology.
"At ReliaQuest, it's our belief that if you take care of the people you work with every day, the customers will be taken care of, and the business will be successful," said ReliaQuest CEO Brian Murphy. "Jonathan joins an already strong team, with the right background and talent to help us maintain our momentum and scale as we grow. With the team we have, there is no limit to what we can do together."
As VP of Team ReliaQuest, Forman will oversee hiring, benefits, all HR systems and processes, ongoing organizational design, and all training and development through ReliaQuest University. He will help advance ReliaQuest's winning formula for hiring people with the attitude, energy and effort needed to turn today's cybersecurity challenges into opportunities.
This formula has enabled ReliaQuest's continued success over the past 10 years and has allowed hundreds of individuals to shape lifelong careers in cybersecurity, working with some of the largest corporations in the world. ReliaQuest's employee retention rate consistently exceeds not only the cybersecurity industry's standards -- but any industry's standards.
Prior to joining ReliaQuest, Forman served as Vice President of HR Compliance and Employment Law, and then Global Vice President of Ethics and Compliance for Sykes Enterprises, a $1.5 billion global provider of customer engagement services with 55,000 employees in 20 countries. Prior to Sykes, Jonathan served in senior employment law roles for American Eagle Outfitters and American Greetings. He also spent several years as an employment law attorney with notable U.S. law firms. He earned his Juris Doctor at the University of Cincinnati College of Law and his BA in History at the University of Michigan.
"What impresses me about ReliaQuest is how passionate the team is about the work they do. They could work anywhere, but they're here because they see ReliaQuest as a place where they can grow," Forman said. "It's our responsibility to make sure they continue to feel engaged and challenged. Given the business that we're in, there is nothing more important."
