Prior to joining Humach, Thielen served as vice president of sales at West Corporation, a tier one BPO provider. During his tenure at West, he oversaw the efforts of the sales organization responsible for both technology and agent-based solutions across a broad array of vertical markets.
Thielen, a graduate of the University of Nebraska, previously led business development as an executive at First Data Corporation, a multibillion dollar leader in the payments industry. He resides in Omaha, Nebraska.
