GERMANTOWN, Md., Nov. 4, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Hughes Network Systems, LLC (Hughes), the global leader in broadband satellite solutions and services, today announced it has signed an agreement with premier global communications provider, Level 3 Communications, to provide its comprehensive suite of HughesON™ managed network solutions to federal agencies through Level 3's existing Networx Enterprise contract.
