Rick Lober, vice president and general manager of DISD will participate in a panel on "SATCOM Support for Situational Awareness: Standards and Requirements." Mr. Lober will discuss trends in situational awareness mission requirements, with a focus on airborne intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) efforts for the warfighter. He will also address interoperability issues for multinational defense and peacekeeping efforts.
