Hudson Valley Bank Appoints Martin J. Brady as Senior Vice President and Relationship Manager
YONKERS, N.Y., Oct. 14 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- James J. Landy, President & CEO of Hudson Valley Bank, has announced the appointment of Martin J. Brady, an experienced commercial lending banking officer, as Senior Vice President and Relationship Manager.
Mr. Brady has more than 35 years of commercial real estate banking experience, most recently as Senior Vice President and Commercial Real Estate Team Leader for State Bank of Long Island, located in Jericho, NY. Prior to that, he was a Senior Vice President and Commercial Real Estate Team Leader for Washington Mutual in New York City.
A resident of Fort Lee, NJ, Mr. Brady holds a Master of Science degree in Real Estate Finance from New York University, a Master of Business Administration in Financial Management from Iona College and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Thomas Edison State College, where he majored in Banking.
In his new position, Mr. Brady will focus on Hudson Valley's Multi-Family Loan Program, which the Bank introduced earlier this year. The program is designed to help clients take advantage of opportunities in the real estate market, by expanding their portfolio and increasing cash flow.
