Friends Gela Nash-Taylor and Pamela Skaist-Levy founded the multi-million-dollar Juicy Couture lifestyle brand in 1997, before being acquired by retail giant Liz Claiborne, Inc. in 2003. Known for raising the tracksuit to the status of casual luxury icon, Juicy Couture continues to bring its confident, whimsical and feminine attitude to all its designs. Today the assortment spans fashion apparel for women, girls and baby, handbags, shoes, intimates, swimwear, fragrance, accessories, jewelry, sunglasses and small goods.
Joe DiDomizio, President & CEO of Hudson Group, said: "We are delighted to bring this great American brand to Terminal 7. Like our successful Victoria's Secret in JFK Terminal 4 and our Coach store in Newark Liberty Terminal C, the Juicy Couture luxury brand status will appeal to travelers, particularly international ones eager to take home the latest American designs."
Noted Sonia Kanda, Commercial Manager, British Airways - JFK Terminal 7: "Juicy Couture brings us a new excitement, where its diverse, fun and colorful mix of products offers an edge for our young and trendy international travelers. We thank our partner Hudson Group for offering freshness to our developing retail program, and even more for introducing the Juicy brand to airport retail."
