CLEVELAND, June 19, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Hudec Dental was honored to recognize 21 students in 2017 to receive their Relax. Smile. Serve. Scholarship. This is an $1,000 scholarship that was rewarded to students who truly made an impact in their community through service efforts. These students were instructed to submit a 500-word essay to Hudec Dental. The Hudec Dental scholarship review committee carefully reviewed the essays this year and selected 21 students to financially assist in their educational endeavors. The students selected not only wrote about their community service involvement, but also how this directly impacted their life.

Hudec Dental is partnering with Junior Achievement this year, an organization dedicated to serving the Cleveland Metropolitan School District. This organization empowers the next generation of workers by connecting them with volunteers from the business community. Their programming is located in over 280 schools and Hudec Dental is proud to partner with them on their Second Annual Smile & Dash walk/run. All proceeds of this event will be donated to Junior Achievement. The donations will directly affect the students as they learn various skills and tools to prepare them for a successful future.
