At the end of a public tender managed by Uni.H.A, Hubwoo has been chosen from among 4 competitors as the most complete, most flexible and best solution fit for this group of hospitals. The contract covers the full source-to-pay Hubwoo Procurement suite delivered via the Cloud.
Solution scope
- Hubwoo eSource, based on SAP® Sourcing, via the Cloud
- Hubwoo eContract, based on SAP® CLM, via the Cloud
- Hubwoo eBuy, based on SAP® SRM, via the Cloud
- Hubwoo eContent, for catalog management and consumer-like search across all approved goods, services, and contracts
- The Business Network, Hubwoo's supplier network to electronically enable source-to-pay collaboration with a global supplier base via a single connection
Uni.H.A is composed of 54 centers and other associated hospitals across France, of which 14 are already Hubwoo eProcurement clients. These 14 hospitals will be migrated off the Achatpro solution onto the full source-to-pay Hubwoo Cloud Procurement suite powered by SAP® software, and the Groupement plans to extend the solution to all other centers in the coming months and years. Uni.H.A's objectives are to reduce the cost of goods and services, increase the productivity and efficiency of their source-to-pay process, and support a decentralized purchasing process for hospitals of all sizes.
Gregory Mark, Hubwoo CEO, commented: "Hubwoo is pleased to extend and expand our partnership with Groupement Uni.H.A. We look forward to contributing our experiences gained through working with other best practice procurement organizations to the specific and complex procurement activity throughout the hospitals in France. We thank the Groupement for their fidelity, and look to extend our relationship to the rest of the group."
Pierre-Jean Domenges, Directeur des Achats du CHU de Montpellier, and coordinator of the Dematerialisation of Purchasing Process, branch, comments "The new contract signed with Hubwoo is very important for us. I believe that in terms of e-procurement and purchasing information systems we are leaving a period of limited usage and practice, in a project carried by few, and are moving into larger scale. This solution will be extended to many other hospital centers in coordination with the logistics organisation, in order to achieve productivity gains. We count on Hubwoo to assist us in this process and support us reaching our goals."
