Hub International Acquires The Assets Of California-Based Costello & Sons Insurance Brokers, Inc.

CHICAGO, Oct. 5, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Hub International Limited (Hub), a leading global insurance brokerage, announced today that it has acquired the assets of Costello & Sons Insurance Brokers, Inc. (CSI). Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

With offices in San Rafael, San Francisco, Irvine, Santa Barbara and Walnut Creek, California, CSI specializes in commercial lines insurance for technology, venture capital and private equity firms as well as private client services. Bryan Costello, CEO of CSI, will join Hub California and report to Kirk Christ, President, Hub California.
