Huawei has incorporated the Broadcom BCM61670 family inside its small cell product line of the ePicoxx series. The ePicoxx series is an important building block in Huawei's small cell solutions. The products provide indoor and outdoor solutions, enabling carriers to increase both coverage and capacity for 3G networks. In a typical deployment scenario, the ePico3802B will improve indoor 3G coverage and capacity for large enterprises and is able to offload traffic from the macro network. The ePicoxx product line utilizes the high performance of the BCM61670 family to support HSPA+ rates along with a very large number of users.
With a large number of E2E deployments in the field, Huawei is a technology leader supporting advanced features such as HetNet, zero touch installation for easy deployment and SON/Self-configuration. Those advanced features are supported by Broadcom's BCM61670 family.
