HTG Forms New Peer Group for IT Service Companies With 50-Plus Employees

Formed to address the unique needs of larger companies in the industry, membership in "HTG50+ powered by IT Nation" is distinct from other HTG peer groups in that the company's management team participates in the group, not just a representative such as the owner or a top executive. Specific areas of focus revolve around operations, sales, service delivery, HR, marketing and finance. Each quarter the CEO level executives meet, and twice yearly they bring certain representatives from their management team together as part of the interaction. Between meetings these role specific managers meet via teleconference to leverage learning from each other.
