Dale joins hrQ with more than thirty years of global human resources experience at Royal Dutch Shell where during his career he was a senior executive overseeing teams in Europe, Asia, and the Americas, and had expatriate assignments in London, Beijing and Damascus. In addition, he works as an executive advisor to Cornell University in their human resources executive master's degree program and in the development of future senior HR leaders.
