This prestigious list is compiled through confidential customer satisfaction surveys that rank the top 12 companies in four categories. Feedback is collected annually through an online survey. Response data is then loaded into the HRO Today database for analysis to score each provider that has a statistically significant sample.

To determine an overall ranking, HRO Today analyzed results across three subcategories: breadth of service, deal size, and quality of service. The overall score was determined by using a predetermined algorithm that weighs questions and categories based on importance.
