Howard H. Stahl Joins Fried Frank's Expanding Litigation Practice

WASHINGTON, Feb. 1, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP announced today that Howard H. Stahl has joined the Firm as a litigation partner.  The addition of Mr. Stahl reflects the continued strengthening and expansion of Fried Frank's litigation and disputes resolution practices.  

Mr. Stahl's practice focuses on complex and hard fought commercial litigation, often with a cross-border dimension. He has over 30 years of trial and appellate experience and frequently represents multinational corporations, as well as individuals and financial investors in the U.S. and internationally.  He has an extensive background in complex international and domestic dispute resolution, having appeared before numerous domestic state and federal tribunals as well as most of the major arbitration forums around the world. His cases run the gamut of high-stakes commercial disputes involving a wide range of disciplines, including federal securities law, fraud, racketeering, real estate, contracts, corporate governance and product liability, among other areas.
