Howard Alan Events Returns to Jacksonville with a Troupe of Top Local and National Artists

JACKSONVILLE, Fla., April 1 /PRNewswire/ -- Howard Alan Events returns to Jacksonville to produce the 42nd Annual Mandarin Art Festival held Easter Weekend, April 3 – 4, 2010.  This event, a favorite among locals, will be bigger and better than ever with an eclectic mix of the country's top established artists as well as new and emerging talent.  The Mandarin Community Club will be transformed into a top notch outdoor art gallery with $15 million in art on display.  This art extravaganza appeals to all festival goers with its children's art show, a one-of-a-kind green market, as well as an egg hunt for a fun and family friendly Easter weekend event.
