How One CEO Is Confronting His Mistakes and Turning His Company Around
SOUTH BEACH, Fla., June 4, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- At just 28, entrepreneur, author and CEO Ryan El-Hosseiny has helped several businesses find success in various industries. The founder and CEO of beverage company OPREME Energy, Ryan also founded and runs an international business consulting firm, RAMES Group Inc., and has recently become Co-CEO of Access Medical Labs, a major player in the healthcare industry.
Among the success he has seen with his companies Ryan has also faced many challenges. Now, he's ready to confront the mistakes he's made, and in doing so, chooses to completely rebrand OPREME in order to remain true to himself, his customers, and his brand.
"OPREME is a great product but it started out as a way for me to prove myself to others," confessed Ryan. Over the last three years, he put over 1.7 million dollars into advertising and branding efforts. The bottom line – Ryan used attractive, scantily clad models, expensive cars and big-ticket items to make a statement. Luckily for him, it worked, but he's now finding out that the brand he created is not authentic to him. He's now apologizing to his customers, and leading the company rebranding brigade.
Ryan best exemplifies not only today's young Arab-American but what one is capable of doing with drive and hustle. He didn't inherit his money and he didn't launch a technology company. The serial entrepreneur started a music recording studio as a teenager and kept launching new businesses from that point on. He tells this story in his riveting new memoir, True & Rich.
Now Ryan wants to give back to the community and share his youthful wisdom. He espouses strong values about hard work, following your passion, not letting others negatively influence you, and to always let faith guide you. Growing up a young Arab-American male in a post-September 11 America has also given him a perspective on racism, prejudice, and discrimination that he shares in his presentations to schools.
Ryan currently resides in South Beach, Florida. For more information, please consult www.iamree.com
