Analyst Update: Results, Private placements and Street Estimates
U.S. stocks tumbled on Tuesday as investors turned nervous amid a sharp increase in the US trade deficit gap. The NASDAQ Composite slipped 1.55%, to close at 4,939.33, the S&P 500 declined by 1.18%, to 2,089.46, and the Dow Jones Industrial Average end the session at 17,928.20, down 0.79%. European stocks closed lower on Tuesday amid increasing uncertainty over Greece's future. Germany's DAX 30 fell 2.51%, France's CAC 40 declined 2.12%, and the London's FTSE 100 closed 0.84% lower on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Asian markets drifted on Tuesday as the Reserve Bank of Australia cut interest rates and factory output in China stumbled. The Shanghai Composite; Australia's S&P ASX and Hong Kong's Hang Seng index all fell on Tuesday.
Majesco Entertainment Co. (Majesco) on April 30, 2015 announced that it has entered into subscription agreements (the "Subscription Agreements") with some investors for a financing in the amount of $5 million, of which approximately $1 million will be released to the Company on the closing date, and the balance to be held in escrow, expected to occur in the week following the announcement.
Changyou.com Limited (Changyou.com) reported its first quarter 2015 results on April 27, 2015. The Company reported total revenues of $209 million, representing an increase of 15% year-over-year. The revenue was $9 million above the guidance provided by the Company.
SuperCom Ltd. (Supercom) announced its full-year 2014 results with revenues of $29.7 million; EBITDA of $11 million and non-GAAP EPS of $0.81. Compared to the previous year, revenue grew almost 3.4 times from 8.8 million; EBITDA registered a 5.5x growth from the earlier figure of $2 million, while Non-GAAP earnings per share of $0.81 was 3.86 times the year-ago quarter figure of $0.21.
CafePress Inc. (CafePress) on April 28, 2015 announced that it will report its first quarter 2015 financial results for the period ended March 31, 2015 after close of market on Tuesday, May 12, 2015. Management will also hold a conference call and webcast at 5:00 p.m. ET to review and discuss the Company's results the same day.
Clean Energy Fuels Corp.(Clean Energy) announced on April 10, 2015 that it will release financial results for the first quarter of 2015 on Monday, May 11, 2015 after market close, followed by an investor conference call at 4:30 p.m. ET.
