Houston's AZA Law Firm Named 'Awesome Opponent' in National Corporate Counsel Survey

HOUSTON, Sept. 7 /PRNewswire/ -- Houston's Ahmad, Zavitsanos & Anaipakos is earning recognition alongside some of the country's largest law firms in a national survey of corporate counsel identifying the top U.S. law firms that companies don't want to face in court.

The 17-lawyer AZA Law Firm is named an "awesome opponent" in the survey conducted by Wellesley, Mass.-based BTI Consulting Group, a leading provider of information on the legal industry and litigation trends. BTI surveyed 240 corporate counsel before naming only 32 firms that were frequently mentioned as formidable opponents. Most of those listed are large, multi-office firms, including many with hundreds of lawyers.
