Houston Oil and Gas Attorney Shahid Ghauri Joins Andrews Kurth

HOUSTON, June 13, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Andrews Kurth LLP is pleased to announce that experienced Houston oil and gas attorney, Shahid A. Ghauri, has joined the firm as a Partner.

Mr. Ghauri joins the Business Transactions (Oil & Gas) and Project Finance sections in the firm's Houston office. A former petroleum engineer, Mr. Ghauri has more than 20 years of experience in the legal, financial and technical aspects of the oil and gas industry.
