Houston Methodist Willowbrook Hospital celebrates opening of new Sleep Center and Infusion Center

The new state-of-the-art centers are both located in the Women's & Children's Pavilion at Houston Methodist Willowbrook Hospital and offer unique high quality programs.

The Houston Methodist Sleep Center at Willowbrook provides daytime, nighttime and home sleep testing. Studies are available for adults and services will be expanded to pediatric patients.

Led by board certified sleep medicine specialists, our team of experts will diagnose underlying conditions that cause disruption in sleep, including chronic insomnia, narcolepsy, obstructive sleep apnea, restless leg syndrome, and more.

Amenities at the Houston Methodist Sleep Center at Willowbrook include

The Houston Methodist Infusion Center at Willowbrook boosts two dedicated patient treatment areas with 20 total patient rooms, which are all equipped with televisions, privacy blinds and plush seating for patients and their guest. Additional features include

• Two phlebotomy stations
• Universal patient room designed to ensure medical and nursing staff can view and access patients' rooms from the nursing station at all times
• Ability to rapidly process lab tests

"One of the unique features of our infusion center is that we have six monitored rooms, which allow us to take care of patients who require more complex medications, and to be monitored more closely," said Heather Mathey, lead RN, Houston Methodist Infusion Center at Willowbrook.
