Hotwire Communications to continue tradition of High Holy Day Broadcasts
FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., Sept. 30, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Hotwire Communications will provide live broadcasts of High Holy Day Services at All Fision Properties throughout the 18 States we serve. Continuing a tradition that started in 2015, these free broadcasts are part of Hotwire's continuing commitment to the Jewish community during this most sacred of seasons. The services will originate from the First Baptist Church, presented by the All Peoples Synagogue in Fort Lauderdale, officiated by Rabbi Frank. Response to the previous years' broadcasts were overwhelmingly positive, in total viewers and in the many positive phone calls and emails we received.
Arline Ravitch, of 610 Clematis, in West Palm Beach thanked us on behalf of those who couldn't go to temple: "I would just like to thank you so much for this wonderful service. For people who are unable to get out to go to synagogue this is a blessing and much appreciated."
Hotwire will once again be broadcasting the services on Channel 268:
EREV ROSH HASHANAH: 7:30 PM SUNDAY, OCTOBER 2
ROSH HASHANAH: 10:00 AM MONDAY, OCTOBER 3
In addition, Hotwire will also provide live services from the Central Synagogue in New York City on JBS, the Jewish Broadcasting Service on Channel 269. Please note: Both of these broadcasts are available absolutely free to all Hotwire subscribers during the High Holiday Season regardless of their programing subscription.
Then, on November 1st, Hotwire will be adding The Israeli Network to our Lineup on Channel 681. The Israeli Network presents the best of current Israeli television. The network's premier content selection includes daily news, breaking news, current affairs, drama, comedy, talk shows, entertainment, sports, culture, religion and a range of shows for kids and teens.
The combination of these free broadcasts, along with the addition of The Israeli Network, reinforce Hotwire's commitment to present distinctive programming that reflects the diverse communities we serve. The Holiday period begins on Sunday evening, October 2, 2016. "Shanah tovah" to all of our Jewish subscribers from the Hotwire Communications family.
