Hospice & Palliative Care Federation of Massachusetts Announces 2016 HPCFM Annual Education Conference

On November 1^st and in partnership with The California State University Institute for Palliative Care, HPCFM is offering a PRECONFERENCE day-long seminar devoted to Community Palliative Care; Ensuring Your Community-Based Palliative Care Success is an interactive and informative full-day workshop designed to teach what it takes to build a palliative care program and provide a customizable organizational implementation plan that can lead to success.
