Horseshoe Set to Host Two Holiday Markets at Denver Pavilions
Partnership with national retailers poised to be premier shopping destination of 2013 Holiday Season
DENVER, Nov. 27, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- For the second year, the Horseshoe Craft and Flea Market will host an exciting Holiday Horseshoe Market in Downtown Denver. Due to the overwhelming success of the 2012 Holiday Market, the Horseshoe has expanded to back to back Saturdays, December 7th and 14th at Denver Pavilions on the 16th Street Mall in Downtown Denver. The markets are open from 10 am to 4pm and each will feature over 70 of Colorado's best and most creative vendors.
The award-winning market is a modern take on the craft and "flea" market and will feature local art, handcrafted goods, paper products, vintage accessories and home decor, jewelry, gifts, kids/children toys and clothing, gourmet food vendors, DIY holiday postcards, mobile boutiques and so much more.
Horseshoe Director Amy Yetman was thrilled with the response to the expanded market concept. "We had such overwhelming interest from extremely talented vendors that we were able to put together two unique lineups for each Saturday. The markets--carefully curated with Colorado's best artists, designers and handmakers—are set to be Denver's best holiday shopping destinations." The two outdoor markets will take place in the North and South Plazas on the street level of Denver Pavilions and new this year—on Glenarm Place between 15th Street and the 16th Street Mall.
The partnership between the Horseshoe Market and Denver Pavilions is a unique collaboration that brings together national retailers and local, hand-crafters and artisans in the heart of Denver's central business corridor. "We're thrilled Horseshoe Market is returning this Holiday with an expanded layout and an additional weekend. It's a great opportunity for us to showcase our existing and new restaurants including; Lime Cantina & Tequila Bar as well as our local and national shops to Horseshoe's customers and vendors while they are here. It's a win/win," states Wendy Manning Marketing Director for Denver Pavilions.
Denver Pavilions is a one-of-a-kind retail/entertainment center in the heart of downtown Denver on the 16th Street Mall, providing a "critical mass" of 40 retail tenants, restaurants and entertainment venues.
