HORSESHOE BAY, Texas, Nov. 4, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Connect with Fall at the 2015 Horseshoe Bay Resort Wine and Dine Festival featuring concerts by El Ochete and The Liz Morphis Quartet. Festival highlights will include a Friday night five-course celebrity chef dinner featuring courses prepared by Roshni Gurnani (Chopped champion, Food Network), Cutter Brewer (Top four finalist, Master Chef), and Jay Ducote (runner-up, Next Food Network Star) paired with thoughtfully selected Hill Country varietals. Saturday events include celebrity chef cooking demonstrations and a sunset wine stroll where participants spend the afternoon tasting a great variety of wines and samples from Hill Country chefs along with live musical performances. Author and sommelier Lasaan Georgeson, will conduct several tasting seminars on Saturday afternoon during the stroll.

Five-course Celebrity Wine Dinner
Friday, November 20th
6 p.m. at the Granite Ballroom at Horseshoe Bay Resort
One of the annual highlights of the festival is Friday night's five-course celebrity chef wine-pairing dinner prepared by Horseshoe Bay Resort's executive chef Jay Hunter and featuring courses by celebrity chefs Roshni Gurnani, Cutter Brewer and Jay Ducote. The seated dinner will showcase Hill Country wines paired with each course offering. Live music with be provided by Austin's own Liz Morphis Quartet. Tickets for the dinner are $129.00. Hors d' oeuvres will be offered starting at 6 p.m. with the dinner beginning at 7 p.m. Dress is business casual.
Celebrity Chef Cooking Demonstrations
Saturday, November 21st
11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Palm D'Or Pavilion at Horseshoe Bay Resort
Three celebrity chefs will be conducting cooking demos for attendees at the 2015 Horseshoe Bay Resort Wine and Dine Festival. The demos start at 11 a.m with award-winning chef Roshni Gurnani who was awarded Champion on the Food Network show CHOPPED and more recently was a contestant on the FOX TV show Hell's Kitchen. At noon, chef Cutter Brewer will take the cooking stage. Brewer recently competed on FOX's Master Chef, finishing in the top four of the competition and was a fan favorite. At 1 p.m. Food Network Star Season 11 runner-up chef Jay Ducote will also conduct a cooking demo. Ducote, a Louisiana native, is the host of the "Bite and Booze Radio Show." He has been featured on other television shows including: Cutthroat Kitchen on the Food Network, Eat St. on the Cooking Channel and appeared as himself on the HBO drama series, Treme. Those attendees that purchase passes to the Sunset Wine Stroll will have access to the cooking demonstrations on Saturday, November 21st.
Sunset Wine & Dine Stroll

2 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the Live Oak Event Lawn at Horseshoe Bay Resort
The Highlight of each festival is the Wine & Dine Sunset Wine Stroll featuring thoughtfully prepared food offerings from award-winning chefs, artisans and restaurants from across the Hill Country. In addition numerous wineries will be offering wine tastings throughout the afternoon. All food and wine tastings are included with paid admission. In addition, all Sunset Wine and Dine Stroll attendees will receive a 2015 festival souvenir wine glass.
Sommelier Lasaan Georgeson, author of "If A Wine Were Me, Which Would It Be?" will be conducting three wine tasting sessions during the stroll for the casual-to-seasoned wine drinker so they may relate to wines in a more personal way through information and insight they never had before.
The Wine and Dine Sunset Wine Stroll will also include live music performances leading to a featured performance by Austin Latin Band El Ochete.
