Horne International, Inc. Adds Mark Lansky to Board of Directors
FAIRFAX, Va., June 13, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Horne International, Inc. (OTCBB: HNIN), today announced that the Board of Directors has approved the addition of Mark Lansky to serve as a Director. Mr. Lansky brings a wealth of experience and contacts in the Federal contracting space and investment banking.
During four decades of professional achievements, Mr. Lansky has held key positions in the architecture of global projects with successful endeavors in finance, oil, energy, foreign installations, transportation, communication and entertainment. He has also functioned as an investment advisor, trustee, administrator, mediator and lobbyist in the US, Europe and in Asia. A major force throughout his career, he has played significant roles in both the private and public sectors of the US and other world economies and international business affairs.
As an attestation to Mr. Lansky's credibility and abilities he was requested by a major investment banking firm to assist in a humanitarian endeavor to create infrastructure for a country in Africa. He facilitated the commitments that led to the ability to perform the work. The Company was presented with the Award for Corporate Excellence in 2007 by Condoleezza Rice. The participants at the presentation stated, "We would not be here today without Mr. Lansky's participation in the project."

Horne International in addition has entered into a consulting agreement with Mr. Lansky wherein the company has agreed to compensate him based solely on performance for the Company.
