Horne Engineering Services, LLC Announces the Addition of Mark McFadden, CPT as Vice President of Business Development
FAIRFAX, Va., Aug. 3, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Horne Engineering Services, LLC, a subsidiary of Horne International, Inc. (OTCBB: HNIN.ob), today announced that it has added Mark McFadden as Vice President of Business Development. Mr. McFadden has over 25 years of experience managing the design and construction of military, civil, environmental, power generation, and petroleum exploration projects. Mr. McFadden has managed and supported over 600 individual projects and integrated programs valued at over $7 billion for the Department of Defense (DoD) and commercial power companies such as AEP, TVA, TXU and Alstom Power. Additionally, Mr. McFadden has deep expertise in project controls, scheduling and claims analysis and is a certified Primavera Trainer and has certifications in MS Project and Oracle software applications.
Mr. McFadden is actively marketing all Horne federal market contract vehicles with a special emphasis on the existing Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) Navy Seaport E contract as teamed with CPS as well as the ID/IQ Rapid Response-Third Generation (R23G) contract as teamed with Raytheon. Mr. McFadden will also work to actively market the current General Services Administration (GSA) schedules including the offerings with ThoughtWorks Studios, other new GSA opportunities, US Army Corps of Engineers programs and projects as well as a soon to be announced energy services business line.
