TORONTO, July 5, 2012 /PRNewswire/ - Horizonte, the AIM-quoted exploration and development company focused in Brazil, received notification on 3 July 2012 that, following an acquisition of 187,528 ordinary shares on 2 July 2012, Henderson Global Investors has increased its shareholding in the Company to 38,750,366 shares, representing 11.02% of the issued share capital and voting rights of the Company.
