Agency Elevates Eva Kantrowitz to Chief Strategy Officer―Brand Development, and Stan Fields to Chief Client Officer―New York
NEW YORK, Dec. 9, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Horizon Media announced today that following its ninth consecutive year of double digit growth, it will implement a series of initiatives designed to further increase innovation and speed to market for its clients, first among them being the elevation of two key executives – Stan Fields and Eva Kantrowitz – effective immediately.
Horizon also announced that Kimberly Aiello, formerly SVP, Managing Director - Brand Strategy; and Peggy McCann, previously SVP, Managing Director - Brand Strategy; will each be promoted to EVP, Managing Partner, in recognition of their leadership and their commitment to the success of their clients and the agency. Aiello and McCann will report to Stan Fields, Chief Client Officer – New York.
Horizon's relentless focus on client service and performance sees Stan Fields, formerly EVP, Managing Partner, promoted to Chief Client Officer―New York. In his new role, Stan will be charged with driving increased innovation and enhanced product offerings across Horizon's brand teams, fuelling agency growth. Additionally, Stan will empower Horizon's next generation of leaders by leveraging his extensive expertise and skillset and experience as a mentor and business partner for his direct management reports.
Again, focused on impacting the client experience, Eva Kantrowitz, formerly EVP, Managing Partner, has been elevated to Chief Strategy Officer―Brand Development. In this newly created role, Eva will be charged with driving client innovation and satisfaction, continuously enhancing Horizon's data and analytics capabilities, driving best practices across Horizon's media operations and liaising with talent management.
