Horiyoshi Worldwide engages EFP Rotenberg, LLP as the Company's new Public Accounting Firm

LOS ANGELES, March 3 /PRNewswire/ - Horiyoshi Worldwide Inc. (OTCBB: HHWW) is pleased to announce that the Company has engaged EFP Rotenberg, LLP, www.efprotenberg.com as its new independent registered public accounting firm.  The Company was formerly using Child, Van Wagoner & Bradshaw, PLLC based in Salt Lake City, Utah.  EFP Rotenberg has a great deal of experience servicing the needs of public companies in the United States and has the language and cultural expertise to assist firms with Far Eastern operations.  EFP Rotenberg is based in New York and is an independent member of the BDO Seidman Alliance, www.bdo.com/alliance , which allows the firm to access the resources of BDO Siedman and many other Alliance partners.
